Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own skates, as long as they’re in good condition and don’t have protruding axles or bolts.

Generally, no. We have a “No Refund” policy. Patrons are responsible for deciding if skating is suitable before paying. You’re welcome to observe the rink through our viewing windows or walk around before deciding.
No, except for water. We have agreements with our food vendors. Self-catered parties are an exception. Check out our kiosk for fresh barista coffee and snacks!
Yes! There’s a low ledge around the entire rink that kids can hold onto. Parents can also help kids on the floor.
No. Tightening the wheels can damage the bearings and pose a safety risk to the next user.
Yes. We use evaporative air conditioning (water-cooled). On very hot days (above 36°C), we recommend coming between 3–5pm or during an evening session.
No. These are novelty shoes and not considered proper skates.
Yes! All public sessions with a DJ include games and prizes.
Absolutely! Our DJs love taking song requests and we have a Jukebox tablet at the kiosk for you to choose your own music. You can also use your mobile phone to scan in the QR code that takes you straight to the music system where you can also choose your own music.
